Shipping Information

 

 Standard Processing

  • The cost for shipping is based on the merchandise total charge for each delivery address as detailed in the chart below.
  • Please note, we are unable to ship any juicers to P.O. box addresses. Any part orders shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, and delivery may take longer.
  • Shop Kuvings reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
  • All orders received before 4pm CST will be shipped the next business day. Please contact customer support for estimated shipping time.
  • All juicer orders (excludes part orders) require signature upon delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours if you would like to request shipping without the signature requirement. Also be advised that we can not be responsible for the lost item that's delivered without the signature requirement.

 

Orders to Canada

  • At present, we cannot ship any orders over $100 to addresses in Canada. Customers with a Canadian billing address can order items to be delivered to a U.S. address.
  • Please note that any delays by your local customs authorities are not accounted for in the delivery quote.

 

Tracking Your Packages

  • You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.

 

Order Delay

  • If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so by contacting us and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Canceling an Order

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-888-682-5559. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy.
