The biggest difference would be how the feed chute works. The B6000 and 7000 has a 3" feed chute with a safety pin in the middle. So if you are putting an apple, you might have to use a pusher to glide it down the feed chute, pass the safety pin. With EVO820’s the new 3.2” flip-style feed chute, it overcomes the need to use a pusher since you can just drop ingredients into the juicer. EVO820 has the newest parts and motor design. It also comes with a smoothie strainer and sorbet maker where B6000 and C7000 only comes with a sorbet maker.
