The biggest difference would be how the feed chute works. The B6000 and C7000 have a 3" wide feed chute with a safety pin in the middle. So if you are putting an apple, you would have to use a pusher to glide the apple down the feed chute, through the safety pin. The EVO820 has a flip style feed chute that made it possible to eliminate the safety pin while protecting your hands. With this, you can conveniently put an apple through the feed chute without using a pusher. Overall, EVO820 has the newest parts and motor design. It also comes with a smoothie strainer and sorbet maker where B6000 and C7000 only come with a sorbet maker.
