Red Cabbage (200g), Blueberries (50g),
Carrots (80g), Oranges (170g)
Prior to juicing wash and cut up your produce as needed to fit your juicer chute.
1. Start with your hard produce first, in this case your red cabbage.
2. Next, add some carrots.
