Cottage Cheese Scone

It goes well with black tea and latte! How about a richer flavor with cottage cheese scone?


Cake flour (450g), 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
2 tablespoons of sugar, Butter (60g),
Cottage cheese (300g), Milk (50ml), 2 eggs



1. Sieve cake flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
