Sweet Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Soup

Prepare this soup when you are moving on to the second stage of baby food. Beta-carotene in sweet potatoes and sweet pumpkins will greatly helpful for children’s growth.


1/4 of a sweet pumpkin, 1 sweet potato,
Whipped cream or mayonnaise



1. Boil the sweet pumpkin and sweet potato in a heat-resistant container or water, and prepare them in suitable sizes.
2. Fix the blade in the container and put sweet pumpkin and sweet potato in it. Turn the dial to MIN for blending. Set the number of times that you turn the dial depending on the preferred texture.
3. Remove the hard parts of the sweet potato and mix with whipped cream or mayonnaise.
