Vanilla Macaroon

Cream cheese, Vanilla syrup,
Pastry bag, Teflon sheet, Water (75ml),
Sugar (100g), 3 egg whites,
Sugar (30g)
(35 pieces of macaroon),
Almond powder (150g), Powdered sugar (150g),
Food colors



1. Fix the blade in the container and put meringue, almond powder, powdered sugar and food colors in it. Turn the dial to MIN for blending and use a spatula to mix it well. Repeat this process 3 times.
2. Put the blend in a container and mix it well. Put it in a pastry bag and pipe onto a Teflon sheet in circular shapes.
3. Bake them in an oven for about 8~9 minutes at 140°C. Pipe cream cheese containing vanilla syrup onto one side of the cookie and cover it up with another cookie.
